Term 3 Speeches

This term we will be writing speeches for our class, school and cluster competitions. The main purpose of our speeches this term is to entertain. Speech writing and performing is an important skill. It is not easy and you will feel really nervous. This is okay and a natural reaction to something difficult. We learn this skill to help develop confidence. Isn't school the best place to learn instead of when you are grown up and need to do a speech?
