How long does it take to digest food?

Did you know that food takes 6-8 hours to digest.

In our body we have a digestive system.That is where all of our food that we have chewed into small bits.

Chemicals in our stomach breaks down food.As well as hydrochloric acid. It creates a liquid mush which goes through our intestines.It takes 6-8 hours to squeeze all of the goodness out of the mush. When it has finished all of the waste goes out of our body.
